• Your User Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of others, and it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Jezsy reserves the right to review, modify, and remove any User Content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

4. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Jezsy immediately.

5. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Site, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited conduct:

• Engaging in activities that could harm, disable, or impair the functioning of the Site or interfere with other users’ enjoyment.
• Using the Site for any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical purpose, including but not limited to phishing, scamming, or spamming.

10. Termination

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
